Dimitris Maggioros joined Sarantis Greece as General Manager in March 2025, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience in Marketing and Sales within the FMCG sector. His expertise spans Personal Care, Household Care, and Nutrition categories, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation.

Prior to Sarantis Group, Dimitris held key commercial roles at Colgate-Palmolive Greece, served as Marketing Director at Sara Lee H&PC, and progressed through senior leadership positions at Elais-Unilever Hellas—including Marketing Director, Sales Director, and General Manager for South East Europe.

He is recognized for his strategic vision, brand-building acumen, and ability to lead diverse teams. A hands-on leader, Dimitris fosters collaboration and performance, with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business. Dimitris is married and the father of three children.

Experienced Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods and retail industries. Skilled in General Management, Consumer Products, Production Management, Commercial Management, Retail, Online Sales and Trade Marketing. Strong business development professional graduated from Warsaw University, completed Executive Development and Business programmes at Istanbul University and London Business School.

Marek Modzelewski joined Sarantis team and took the position of General Manager in Poland in March 2020. Before joining Sarantis Group, he worked as Poland/CEE Business Unit Managing Director at PZ Cussons, and previously for many years he held key management positions in numerous international companies, including Managing Director at Douglas Poland, CEO of Termisil, Regional Director CEE at Kimberly Clark, General Manager at International Paper. He gained previous experience in managing diverse teams at PepsiCo International and Rothmans of Pall Mall Ltd.

Gabriel is a Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience in FMCG and Consumer Healthcare industries at local and international level within top Multinational organizations and Private Equity. He has additional entrepreneurial experience in real estate development, as well as strong commercial background, skilled in Sales, Marketing, Business Planning and P&L management. His experience in changing management from autonomous model to Hub structure, in business transformation from family to international organization and in long-term strategic development, with focus on Brands and Consumers consist valuable assets for Sarantis Group.

General Manager of Czech & Slovakia and Hungary
 

Krzysztof Kaminski has joined Sarantis Group in 2002, once Sarantis Group acquired in Poland Pack Plast company (leading Polish household player). Starting 2005 he was appointed for a position of General Manager for Sarantis Czech Republic & Slovakia. Krzysztof has more than 25 years of experience in FMCG sector in various senior executive positions within the CEE region. Experienced with all FMCG channels and different categories. He has proven record in building and managing success-oriented teams.

During his lead in Sarantis Group’s affiliate, two significant local cosmetics companies were acquired by the Group and successfully integrated, while becoming a strong pillar and business growth source.

Krzysztof received the Master of Economy from University of Gdansk, also studied at Warsaw School of Economics and holds MBA degree from University of Minnesota.

Sasa Nenadic's journey with Sarantis Group since 2002 has been one of rapid advancement and impactful leadership. Starting in the marketing department at Sarantis Serbia, he quickly ascended to the role of General Manager in Turkey. His leadership then extended to positions in Romania and Hungary, where he focused on fostering continuous growth across various sectors. In 2018, Sasa assumed the role of General Manager of Serbia, leveraging his wealth of experience to drive substantial growth within the market. Since 2021, he has been at the helm of the West Balkans* team, emphasizing both regional expansion and the development of his team members. His career trajectory is defined by strategic foresight, innovation, and an unwavering dedication to achieving results, contributing significantly to Sarantis' ongoing success and expansion. Sasa holds a Master of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade.

*The geographic area of West Balkans includes sales in Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Slovenia.

OLEG TYSHKEVYCH

OLEG TYSHKEVYCH

General Manager of Ukraine
 

Oleg Tyshkevych has been serving as General Manager of Sarantis Ergopack in Ukraine since March 2026.

Since joining Ergopack in 2011, he has held senior leadership roles including Head of Export, Head of Sales, Chief Commercial Officer, and member of the CIS Board. He has been a key driver of the company’s transformation, strengthening Ergopack’s leading market positions across Ukraine and CIS through brand development, category expansion, and improved operational efficiency, while advancing international operations as part of the broader growth strategy. He also played a key role in the successful integration of Ergopack into Sarantis Group, ensuring alignment with the Group’s operating model and governance standards.

Oleg brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong track record in delivering profitable growth, managing risk, and ensuring resilient financial performance across Ukraine, CIS, and CEE. His expertise spans general management, commercial transformation, and multi-market expansion in complex, volatile environments.

Prior to Ergopack, he held Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager roles in leading FMCG companies, where he led market entry strategies, operational build-up, and value-driven distribution development.

STEFAN ANDREEV

STEFAN ANDREEV

General Manager of Bulgaria
 

Stefan joined Sarantis in May 2021 as the General Manager for Sarantis Bulgaria, where he is responsible for business expansion and profit growth. With 25 years of experience in the FMCG industry, 18 of which were spent at Unilever in various commercial roles in Bulgaria, including Country Manager, Stefan brings a wealth of expertise. Brands, People, and Leadership are Stefan's passions, and he has successfully worked across multiple categories such as home and beauty care, foods, and ice cream, utilizing various Routes to Market and distribution channels, having also gained direct experience in acquisitions. Prior to joining Sarantis, Stefan served as the Country Manager Distributor Markets CEE at Upfield following Unilever’s Spreads business spin-off. There, he played a role in a significant business transformation and gained valuable experience in CEE markets. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University in Sofia.

General Manager of Selective Strategic Partnerships
 

Zakis joined Sarantis Group in 2013 and he currently holds the position of General Manager for the Selective Strategic Partnerships division in Greece. He carries 10 years of experience in Luxury fashion and beauty industries. He has evolved within Sarantis Group, starting from Sales and Marketing positions and since 2017 he has been leading the group’s luxury beauty brands strategy in the Greek market. Graduate of the Filothei Public Lyceum, Zakis studied Marketing Management in the American College of Greece and acquired a Master of Science from Grenoble Ecole De Management in Innovation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. Zakis has been successfully involved in forging and developing strong partnerships with major beauty companies including Puig, Coty, and La Prairie groups.
