(the Company) hereby announces that, as of Monday 14/01/13, the two hundred and fifty five thousand (255,000) new common registered shares of the Company, which derived from a share capital increase due to the exercise of stock options of the Company (stock option plan) by 23 officers of the Company and its affiliates, will be subject to negotiation at the Stock Exchange of Athens.
