Response to a letter sent by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A., following the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission’s letter dated October 27 2020 regarding the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on its business and with respect to the Semi-Annual Financial Report of 2020 published on September 2nd 2020, informs the investment community as follows: Since the beginning of the pandemic COVID-19, the management closely monitors the recent developments and responds appropriately at all levels, having prepared a specific coronavirus action plan, according to the evolution of the pandemic across its geographical region.
