Invitation to the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting
Following the decision of the Board of Directors dated 30.07.2020 and in accordance with the law and article 22 of the Articles of Association of the company GR. SARANTIS S.A., the Company’s shareholders are invited to the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting on Wednesday, September 2nd 2020, at 14:00, at the company’s premises, 26 Amaroussiou – Halandriou Street, in order to discuss and decide on the only subject of the agenda: SUBJECT OF THE DAILY AGENDA ONLY SUBJECT: Approval of a share buyback program by the company, in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as currently in effect, and provision of relevant authorizations.

Sarantis Group continues it’ s CSR tradition in Poland for another year through the “Clean Tatra Mountains” project
”Clean Tatra Mountains” is the biggest cleaning project in Poland and successfully had its 8th edition in 2019. Sarantis Group in Poland participated actively this year too through a varied sponsorship amounting to 17,500€.

Completion of the share buyback program
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. informs the investment community of the completion of its share buyback program which was approved, in accordance with the provisions of article 16 of C.L. 2190/1920, as was in force, by the extraordinary General Meeting of July 25th 2018.

In effect of the article 5 of the 596/2014 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that according to article 49, of the Law 4548/20, and based on the resolutions of the Shareholder's Extraordinary General Meeting dated July 25 2018, the Company proceeded on July 24th 2020 to the purchase of 5,964 own shares at the average price of 8.
