The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following: Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Member) purchased on October 10th of 2023, 6,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.

SARANTIS S.A. announces that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018, and based on the resolutions of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated May 31st 2022, the Company proceeded on October 10th 2023 with the purchase of 9,600 own shares at the average price of 7.
