We are pleased to announce that the “Five for the Średzki Hospital” charity initiative initiated by Polipak Ltd. was a huge success! The collection was organized to support and help our local hospital during this difficult time caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Invitation to the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting
Following the decision of the Board of Directors and in accordance with the article 22 of the Articles of Association, as well as paragraph 2 of the thirty-third article of the Act of Legislative Content dated March 20th 2020 (Government Gazette Α’ 68/20-03-2020), our Company’s shareholders are invited to the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting which will be conducted entirely through a teleconference procedure assisted by a coordinator (Operator Assisted Teleconference) due to the current extraordinary circumstances and in line with precaution measures aiming to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, according to the details below, on Thursday May 7th 2020, at 14:00.

We have prepared Easter gifts for children and senior citizens
Easter is coming! As it has been for several years, also this year, we have prepared sweet gifts for twelve children in the Educational Care Centre in Szlachcin. We did not forget about the senior citizens from the nursing home.

Sarantis Group continues its contribution regarding the COVID-19 crisis through donations amounting to 320,000€
Sarantis Group continues to express its support to the society during the COVID-19 pandemic, through a multidimensional action plan of products and financial support amounting to 320,000€. During this unprecedented period the Group supports further the enormous efforts made to address the spread of the coronavirus through a 70,000€ financial contribution to the Ministry of Health, aiming to provide the Hellenic Health System with essential medical equipment.
