AMENDMENT OF THE RELEASE DATE OF SARANTIS GROUP FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2010
ANNOUNCEMENT Following the company’s announcement dated 04/05/10 regarding the Q1 2010 results release date, and given that the 24/05/10 is a holiday, Sarantis Group will release the Q1 2010 consolidated financial results, according to the following schedule: Tuesday the 25th of May after ASE closing – Results Release, which will be available in the Athens Stock Exchange web page ( Wednesday the 26th of March at 17:00 – Update of the company’s shareholders and analysts via telephone conference.

CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS 12M 2009
PRESS RELEASE Main Points Sarantis Group met its FY 2009 turnover target and exceeded its estimates in the profitability level. Sarantis Group financial results were negatively affected by the adverse economic environment across all regions and business units of the Group, although the management’s timely implementation of cost control initiatives and focus on efficient working capital management helped to mitigate the negative impact.
