Draft amendment of GR. SARANTIS S.A. Articles of Association 

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, in accordance with article 19 par. 2 of L. 3556/2007, that it proposes to amend its Articles of Association by Resolution of the company’s Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting which will convene on 26/02/2014.
